Temple Beth Hamridash Hagodol is built.

The synagogue is located on North Russell Street. The congregation was established in 1904. It merges with Temple Beth Jacob to form Temple Beth Hamridash Hagodol Beth Jacob. It moves to a new building in Roxbury (second) in 1914,* then back to the West End as the Charles River Park Synagogue (third) in 1969.*
